Why This Site Exists
Traveling.com.pk began after years of my own trips across Pakistan — from Lahore's Walled City to the Galyat hills to the Karakoram Highway — where the hardest part was never the journey itself but finding current, honest information: which adda a bus actually leaves from, what a monument really costs, which agencies are licensed. Directory sites recycle decade-old numbers; forums contradict each other. This site publishes the practical answers, with the caveat that in Pakistan details change — so every page tells you exactly what to verify on the day.

My Travels in Pakistan
I have travelled Pakistan's main corridors for years — the Galyat hill stations on summer weekends, the KKH north to Hunza, and the Punjab heritage circuit between Lahore, Multan, and Bahawalpur. The guides here are built from those trips: distances and timings from driving them, terminal knowledge from using the addas, and monument details from visiting the sites.

How the Guides Are Built
Each guide starts with the questions travellers actually type into Google — verified against this site's own search data — then is answered with a structure that mirrors how people decide: quick answer first, then specifics, then verification steps. Landmark photos come from Wikimedia Commons with attribution; scenes Wikimedia doesn't cover (bus addas, small-town highways) use clearly labelled illustrative images. Phone numbers appear only with a source, and every guide ends with the same promise: verify the changing details on the day you travel.
The Site's History
Traveling.com.pk started as a WordPress blog in 2023 and was rebuilt in mid-2026 as a smaller, carefully edited static site — roughly two dozen guides covering the routes, monuments, and agencies travellers search for most, each maintained rather than abandoned. The old thin archive was retired deliberately; this site is what remained after the cleanup.
